To remove grease from the oven, follow these steps:
Prepare materials: You will need rubber or plastic gloves, a face mask (to protect against odors and fumes), old towels or rags, a bucket of hot water, an all-purpose cleaner for kitchen surfaces or a specialized oven cleaner.
Cool the oven: Make sure the oven has cooled completely before cleaning.

Prepare the cleaner:
Follow the instructions on the package of your chosen cleaner. If you prefer natural remedies, mix vinegar and water in a 1:1 ratio or baking soda and water to a paste
Apply the cleaner: Apply the cleaner to the inside of the oven and other dirty surfaces. Allow it to work for the specified time.
Clean the surfaces: Using a cloth or sponge, thoroughly wipe the cleaner and grease from the oven surfaces. Repeat the process if necessary.
Rinse: Rinse the oven surfaces with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residual cleaner.
Dry and reassemble: Dry the removable parts and put them back in place.
Finishing touches:
Wipe the outside of the oven with kitchen cleaner or a damp cloth.
After you have cleaned, make sure the oven is completely dry and there are no odors from the products used.
